Anywho… Guys…I bought a pair of running shoes! Considering I have been playing soccer since I was five, you would think I would have running shoes, but you are wrong, I just used my indoor shoes to run. It was dumb, but I was too cheap to pay for running shoes. But, now I got some! The ones I got look like watermelons! I am going to use them tomorrow. My goal tomorrow is to run 2 miles: to my calculations is 8 laps around the track, and some of you might be like "wow, that's so little", well I am out of shape and I need to start with a little then increase the amount of laps.
These shoes have good flexibility and good foot support. |
Here are my goals tomorrow:
-Run 2 miles
-Do Blogilates arms,abs, butt
and legs
-drink 8 cups of water
-eat fruits and veggies
Starting off easy.. I will see how this goes tomorrow. And for those who don't know what "blogilates" is, Cassey Ho runs it. It is her Youtube channel for cardio workouts and healthy food.
