Busy

Hello guys,

Well, I had a busy day. Woke up, went to school, came home, ate my dinner, went to work, came back,  took a shower, and finished my homework at 12:30 am. Blah.

I have just been real busy but, but when I am not doing anything, I  still be move around. For instance, If I am walking back to my car, I'll do weird dances or lunges! -ha! If I am talking to my friends in between classes, I stand on my toes and pulse. Anyways, it is a quick mini workout that could be a stepping stone for everyone who is trying to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

RECAP TIME:

Breakfast:
- Chewy bar

Lunch:
-fruit snacks
-orange
-apple
-banana
-strawberries
-crackers/cheese
-water

Dinner:
-cereal

Snacks:
-mini muffin (4)

Love you guys! Keep making little healthier changes and soon it'll become a habit!
