I just finished working out, yes, I finally worked out. I did a couple Blogilates videos which I will link below because Cassey really pushed me today and you will love her!

By the way guys, I kinda pigged out today. I mean, we had no school, and yeah I was bad. I have to throw away all my junk food and keep it all clean. I don't want to tempt myself anymore.
Also guys, I really wanted to share this so people can relate and don't feel sorry for me: My family thinks I am fat. I am fat. But, all the negativity can get to me sometimes which is the main reason I eat A LOT. I eat because I am stressed out sometimes, but also because I get sad. But, I realized that, their opinions towards me don't matter. Yes, it hurt me before and it still kinda hurts me today, but now I am motivated to become healthier and eventually I will become fitter and I will look better in jeans then my family. I will be stronger than them, healthier than them, and I will succeed. So, what I am trying to say here is that, don't surround yourself with people who are negative about what you are trying to do and accomplish. If you wanna be vegan, DO IT. If you wanna be a vegetarian, I SUPPORT YOU. If friends don't support your decisions, don't let them dictate your life, and if you don't like what they say, just ditch them. If its your family, ITS YOUR BODY. ITS YOUR MOUTH, you decide what foods you what to intake, but, make it healthy! Listen to yourself, because you know whats healthy, not them.
I hope that makes sense and I hope you become motivated to eating clean and working hard. THIS YEAR IS ABOUT YOU. You can do it.
