Day 1: Healthy Journey

Today is January 1st, 2014, and I am starting this healthy blog. I want to feel happier about myself and my body. I plan to eat healthy and exercise. I am going to blog everyday and post pictures of everything of my healthier journey.
A little bit about myself: I weigh about 150, and i’m 5’5, basically I am a blob. I am trying to lose a lot of weigh whilst gaining muscle. I love food, and so this is the ultimate struggle. 
When I woke up, I started of with a simple breakfast:
-peanut butter and bananas on wheat bread. 
Lunch:
-chobani yogurt (first time eating it and it was delish!)
Dinner:
-chicken and green beans
-cucumber/tomatoes 
-2 slices of garlic toast (it was so good, but I know it is very greasy and fatty)
I am trying to get more greens and fruit into my system, and I also want to do a juice cleanse atleast two times a week for the whole day.
