Hello friends,
So today was a better day for me, I drank more water whenever I "felt" hungry. I am going to start drinking more water everyday and try to take out sodas from my life. I a slowly leaning away from candy and sweets, but some days I might reward myself.
Breakfast:
-chewy bar
Lunch:
-Grilled Cheese
(white bread/american cheese)
Dinner:
Strawberries and blueberry yogurt.
I am also trying to intake smaller proportion and be moderate in what I eat. I saw this tip that if you eat slower than you usually eat, you body will tell you that it is full. So, I am going to try that throughout tomorrow and I will see how that goes.
Sleep also plays an important part with your body, and my sleeping schedule is completely out of sack because I have been on break and I am going to get wake up call tomorrow we I have to wake up at 6:00 am. I have been falling asleep around 4 or 5 am, so this should be interesting.
Things I need to do:
-Sleep
-Drink water
-Exercise
-Eat healthy
-Keep moving forward
