Obstacles to Jump


Hey guys,

April was a bad month, I ate horrible food. At the end of the month, I was tired of scrolling through instagram and twitter and tumblr, wishing I was those skinny models or people who exercised and ate healthy daily. I wanted to look like them, but I had to stop mopping around eating all the food I could absorb and do something!

I find some workout clothes and began with one blogilates video "Call Me Maybe Squats". I began the workout and although I gave in a couple of times, I finished the workout, ALIVE. I was proud that I finished it. The next day, I started packing healthy lunches, eating in moderation, and drinking more water. I told my mom to buy fruit and oatmeal and other super foods to keep my body healthy. After school and work, I would began my workout. I started with one exercise video per day, then I moved to two, and then three. I increased the amount of time I worked out and I started seeing progress. Not in my body but my ability to keep up with the instructor.

I got rid of the negative influences, and began to follow health blogs that would motivate me and build my confidence. I know I have a long road ahead of me, and hopefully I will succeed to the best of my ability.
