Starting Strong.

Helloooo!!!! Okay so last month, I will admit, I was pigging out a lot. I chose the wrong choice and I am making up for eating wrong, not exercising as much, etc. So its March, and I am starting to excerise a lot before I take my showers. I am working out my obliques, abs, arms, and legs. I am focusing more on my arms cause according to my father I have "football arms". They're massive!!! So  I am trying to get rid of them before my senior prom or graduation. Losing it will help me feel A LOT better. I ended up not trying out for my soccer team, not because I wasn't training, but because the coach plays favorites and I would get benched every game. But, I decided to manage, I would go to every game, but I wouldn't have to go to any of the practices, so that's a plus! At least, in my head it is.

For school, I am trying to eat healthier by packing more fruits, intaking protein and veggies as well. But my mom is making it very difficult, because she keeps buying all this sugar, junk food and soda. She's forcing it down my throat because she "spent" money on it.

I'm considering to being vegan, only until I graduate, unless I like becoming a vegan, I'll keep going. I don't know, I haven't decided fully.
